That's assuming the station would be expected to pay for rights.
Won't ever happen.  WJUL has been financially buoyed by a very small
percentage of the university's student activity fee.  Even back over
20 years ago when I was AVS Pres. (the student org. over the
station, movie theater, tech services) it was obvious that any
revenue from donations or underwriting would have to simply be
offset in the next year's budget proposal we submitted to the
administration.  Not even worth it.  Basically, the team needs WJUL
far more than the station needs the Spinners.  Given the solid FM
signal even up to Manchester, the team would be smart to try to make
a go of it.

Plan B?  Go with WCAP for low cash and let the station provide its
own talent and stay out of the way.  Night coverage to Manchester
won't happen, but Greater Boston will.
