that's a tough call.  this is still an area that is slowly getting over
losing local signals to homoginized formats.  the Rumford to Saco coverage
would be nice, but there are probably more than a few pockets along the way
where the coverage would be severely short if not completely lacking.
although, isn't there a power-increase in the wings for 95.9?  that might
help solidify some of the Northern Cumberland County gaps.
