Are you sure about that?  I think Sea Tac is just the name of the airport,
I'm pretty sure it's in unincorporated King or Pierce County.
Unincorporated areas are rare here in the northeast, but very common out
west (even close to large cities...for example anything north of 145th St.
in Seattle is unincorporated King County, even though it's all suburbia and
strip malls).  I once lived there.
