I believe they were actually referencing to four-letter cities whose call 
letters match, or even three-letter cities. (If WHO were in a Who, Iowa, then 
they would meet the critera as well.) In other words, the name of the city 
must also be able to fit into the length of the callsign. (I know I probably 
totally confused people here with this...)

C'mon, knowing Nevada there has to be a KENO in a town called Keno, NV....
