Good info.  That confirms that the club could be paying attention, but still
be unaware of the pyro.

The mistakes with the pyro, combined with your theory that the club used
non-fire retardant insulation that is not appropriate for a public facility,
would explain what happened.  Even without sprinklers, the club shouldn't
have gone up as quick as it did.  Even real old wood doesn't burn as fast as
the wall behind the stage and the ceiling went up.
