Yes and no...Pacifica is pretty far left and isn't ashamed of it.  But they 
don't quite take the line of actively encouraging political action by their 
listeners.   Pacifica usually sticks more to selectively airing news of a 
particular bent that generally makes their listeners WANT to get 
politically active without any further overt encouragement from Pacifica 
itself.
