For a somewhat related reason (though there are other factors involved),
Suscom won't add Comcast Sports Philadelphia. (They do have Comcast Sports
Mid-Atlantic picked up, but they were picked up well before it was owned by
wholly Comcast...back when it was just HTS.) Comcast Philly wants $2 a pop
or so from each subscriber and Suscom won't do it.
