The final cut:

Light My Fire - Doors
The original 45 RPM single (both consumer & promotional) 
was 2:52 (shorter than I thought) AND sped up.  A later edit
version (released as an "Oldie") clocked in at 3:32 and was
the same speed as the LP cut (7:05).
