Yes, that typical elitist attitude.  We can't give the public what they
want, we have to give the public what WE think they need because WE know
better.

If you are getting the largest market share possible, you must be using the
airwaves responsibly, unless most be want irresponsible programming.  Are
you saying the majority of the public is irresponsible?

As for your blame game comment: My comments were all in response to a
broadcast being sued.  A law suit is only about assessing blame and money.
