Howie Carr domains (was re: WDER website)

I just got an email reply from the owner of the
howiecarr.com and howiecarr.net domain names. He
says that he did indeed offer the domains to WRKO/
Entercom for free but instead they unleashed the 
lawyers on him. 

So he made the site(s) into a news portal, took down
Howie's likeness and the WRKO name (at Entercom's
request) and so far, no complaints. I did suggest to
the guy (Phil) that since most people would expect
his "official" site to be a .com, not a .org, maybe
they can do an exchange-- WRKO would get
howiecarr.com,
Phil howiecarr.org, and the lawyers would back off...
