No, it doesn't. WMUC is a class D and isn't entitled to any
protection. (In any case, College Park isn't in that direction -- but
the co-channel B1 in Frederick is.) I believe both Balto and
Frederick were originally class-As, as the 88.1 in Delaware still is.
