I just flashed back to WJUL Lowell 18 yrs. or so ago. When PD, I'd
listen to jocks doing breaks or approaching the top of the hour.  I
devolved to the point that if I heard, "...WJUL in Lowell..." I'd reach
for the phone.  Better scripting worked out the kinks.  It was that or
rename the city to Inlowell.  That was a long shot.  As for the rules
allowing for insertion, what would be the benefit of WOOP, Joe Blow
Broadcasting, 98.7 fm, Tumbleweed....  "WOOP Tumbleweed" has such a
light and rolling feeling to it.  Darn tootin'.
