I can't help it if Infinity doesn't have the foresight to look out for the
interests of its listeners.  For the record, even with its degraded signal WBCN
pulled a 3.5 in the latest (Spring '99) Portsmouth book, good for seventh place
12+; only three in-market stations did better.
