The version I heard (in the Jewish press, of all places...) was that they 
are legally separated but have not officially filed for divorce-- for now, 
she lives in one of their homes, he in the other.  So, given his tasteless 
jibes at all sorts of things, I wonder how he will respond to listener 
jokes about his failed marriage.... I know he discussed it a little on his 
show the other day, but I doubt it will end up as something to talk trash 
about-- but then with Howard, one never knows, does one?
