Don't forget that Arbitron only gives credit to one station which uses a moniker, so if a
diarykeeper writes down "Kiss", only one station can get credit.  Having two "Kiss" stations
would be confusing for both the listener and Arbitron to sort out.  Usually, the station that
uses the moniker first gets the exclusivity.  If WBMX wanted to, they could slap a C&D on
WNRB over the "Mix" handle and it would probably stick, since 1230's signal basically is in
the new, expanded Boston metro, and WBMX was first to use the moniker.
