 Now there was a station worth listening to for jazz.  WRVR was the only
station I listened to on my drives to New York, and I even had a friend tape
a few hours for posterity (I still listen to them to find albums now on CD
and 20 years old.)  I especially liked Herschel (sp?), who's smooth voice
made it sound like he knew the artists and the music he played.  Wonder what
happened to the format in NYC and to the personalities there?
