Go ahead and laugh, but I love bluegrass music!  Only a handful of stations
play it, and only an hour ow two a week.  While it is good music, and
thousands of people love it, not tens of thousans do, in a given market.  So
it wouldn't fly.

Even if jazz were a hot format, just as any format, if a particular
advertiser didn't like what he or she heard, that person might not buy ads
on the station, even if it were #1!
