I'm not sure that's possible. You're asking him to be as good at math as the math teachers,
as good at physics as the physics teachers, as good at history as the history teachers, etc.
Nobody could qualify for superintendent that way.
And what about a university president? Should he be proficient in all of the courses being
taught at his university? Is that even possible?
