According to some signal plots combined with the 2000 census, they'll have
just over 23,000 people where the signal is 60dB or better. Just over
46,000 people and ~300 sq.km. where the signal is 40dB or better. Not so
great, but not too bad either.
The coordinates the FCC has show them as being right smack in the middle in
downtown Portsmouth, although they're only 29m AGL...which isn't so
hot. Still, in downtown it'll have a good signal. Perhaps they should
target the tourist trade and work with the town to advertise the station to
all folks window shopping and driving off the highway.
