Tower question

As someone else noted, the FM bays on the top are 100 kW of 98.9
WOKO.  WJOY 1230 is skirted along the lower part of the tower.  Before
WOKO's upgrade to 100 kW, the tower was much shorter and thinner, and
I believe the tower was hot with WJOY.
