Re: Double letters in Boston-market calls



Aaron: Those are GREAT! But I made up the rules and I refuse to count WNTN, 
WEZE, WROR, and WHDH because the duplicate letters aren't consecutive. You 
didn't mention WHDH, although it's still a Boston TV call sign. If the Hs were 
consecutive, it would count--maybe twice--because I didn't rule out TV calls 
nor did I rule out call signs that USED to be in the market. But the letters do 
have to be consecutive, which is why WNTN,WEZE, WROR, and WHDH don't count. 
Also, the Ws in WBNW and WDLW don't count because they aren't consecutive. I 
won't allow wrapping calls around a cylinder to make the first and last letters 
consecutive ;>)
