Probably using Andrew NF2D "radiating/leaky cable" to re-radiate it.  LPB 
Communications sets up a lot of these for AM and FM, but the AM advantage 
is that signals can go well over 1000ft before needing 
re-amplification...FM only lasts about 300-400ft.
