only downside to corporate marketing is negative impact.  if the tunnel, as it 
was yesterday, is all but shut down (and ironically NOT lacking appeal... a 
little banana humor there... get it? appeal?  a peel... never mind), the last 
thing a sponsor might want is to have their name associated with something that 
negative.  otherwise, not unlike the "adopt a highway" program, it might indeed 
create some newer revenue for the governments to spend on things.  like a 
Newer, Bigger, BETTER Tunnel!  (sorry... i didn't mean to launch my political 
campaign this early)
