Isn't there a law that says state-owned property naming rights cannot be sold?

Either way, the political fallout would be ridiculous...naming rights for 
private venues are distasteful enough to the public, imagine if a 
gov't-owned structure was sold out for a measly one-shot deal of $10 or $20 
million?  Even if it's $50 or $100 million, it's still chump change when 
the deficit is in the BILLIONS and will last for several years.
