Ollie is not a felon.  His conviction was overturned.

G. Gordon Liddy, on the other hand, is a felon.

When WZAN was first launched, Liddy and Pete Rose were on the station.  In
promoting the station, on sister station WGAN, Jim Crocker as often
commenting that nearly everyone on the station is a felon!
