Actually, NBC broke the news first, at 9:29 p.m. I only know this because my wife and I were watching "Law & Order" - trying to keep away from the war talk - and then they broke in. 

After that, she flipped around, and all the other networks were trailing. FoxNews was the latest to deliver the news. This is surprising since they have been the best military PR, with Felon Ollie from "an undisclosed location, somewhere in Kuwait ..."
