I wonder if Matthew's radio tuner is digital? If not, he could easily be
picking up WSAI Cincinnati, which is at *1530*, not 1520. The format you
describe seems like them. They are airing standards most of the day and have
some preachers with time left on their contracts to buy overnight time. I
understand WSAI is going to allow the contracts to lapse and go music 24-7.
