Ditching "<female sing>254<pause>5678..." was one of the more wrong-headed
moves at doobita BZ, IMHO.  For them to even _think_ that dial position was
a cool thing in the talk line to remind listeners of at that heritage signal
is like an ad exec recommending to McDonalds that they rename their
restaurants "Golden Arches."  Almost as dumb as WCBS tacking on the zero to
its "eighty eight."  When "The Fan" becomes six sixty, mothers, stop your
milking.
