WILD Post-Sunset Authority (was RE:WILD sign-offs)

I have it on good authority that WILD has a 30 minute
PSSA at 25 watts.  This means that they can operate
until Baltimore sunset at 25 watts.  Then they must
shut-down for the night.  It's just as well, anyway. 
WBAL/1090 is a LOCAL here in Boston after dark with
it's 50,000 watt blowtorch signal.  I am rather
surprised that WILD doesn't take it's "dusties"
format, and put live announcers on the FM (WBOT/97.7).
 After all, the "Hip Hop and R&B" format is already
covered with WJMN/94.5.  But, that's my own opinion.
