SO this leads me to another question-when the games are on WBZ-4, how are
the numeroud Sox fans in Bangor, Maine supposed to see the games? Will
they be picked up by WABI, the CBS affiliate in Bangor? Or will people be
stuck listening to the games on WZON-AM (and WDME-FM if in the
Dover-Foxcroft area....)????? Sure it might be good for teh Zone Corp but
I think it is kinda ignorant to carry games in a Red Sox market on a
station that isn't even offered on many of the cable systems north of
southern Maine.....It's one thing that you used to have to pay for NESN,
people would only do that if they wre Sox or Bruins fans and didn;t want
to miss gaves. WSBK is carried on most cable systems around here. The
closest we have to WBZ is WLBZ, former sister stations that aren't even
using the same network anymore! Ironically though, WLBZ-AM is now WZON who
has the contract to carry the Sox games for Bangor.....

conspiracy anyone?

Seriously though, does this mean that on nights when WBZ carries the
games, Sox fans in Bangor aare SOL? Or am I misunderstanding something?
