When you are talking about ratings that low...what does it take in a market
size like Manchester?

1 respondent?

Years ago, the market sample was only 2,000 diaries.

Just some stray thinking...

1% = 20 mentions?

.5% = 10 mentions?  or 3 responses that listen 3x's as long as the average
listener?

I would think 'specialty' stations....that have long term (i.e.. all day)
listening patterns would do well if the diaries get to the right people.
Religion, WJIB, etc
