Boston spring 2002 Arbitrends-- two questions

So does this site get permission to print the arbitrons (that is, do they
buy them?) or what? I know some stations are not allowed to quote them at
all because they are not subscribers, but I don't know how it works with
the print and internet media.

So, is anyone else surprised at how small the numbers for WWZN (the Zone)
are? Sean McDonough and Eddie Andelman had been doing the usual posturing,
as might be expected of any new station, about how they would dig into
WEEI's numbers. At least in the 12+, it doesn't seem to have
happened. Also, FM talk doesn't seem to be setting the world on fire
despite some very high profile hosts...
