Actually, at one time several years ago. WUMB, also an NPR affiliate, tried
broadcasting ATC at a later time in the evening. It didn't work out, the
people who listen to WUMB do so for the music.
If you are looking for a later broadcast of ATC, and are within range of
NHPR, they broadcast an hour of ATC at 9 PM. And if you are at a computer
in the evening, you can always get your fill of ATC from one of the west
coast stations that has streaming. Try http://www.kqed.org for a starting
point.

Maybe being silly, but actually not too far from the truth, IMO
