Re: Daniel Pearl



He was advised not to go there.  He went against the advice of his
government.  Why risk the lives of soldiers (who also have families) to save
someone who put themselves in harm's way?

I feel the same way about mountain climbers who do stupid things and expect
someone to bail them out when they get caught.
