Remember that Arbitron surveys listeners about all stations, not just subscribers. If Infinity should stop subscribing to Arbitron there will still be a Boston book, and WBZ will still be #1 12+. Howard will probably still be #1 25-54 in the morning. They just won't be able to use that in any sales pitches
