There is a big hunk of stations in that family that will no longer be a
part of the statistical sampling that _is_ ratings.  I'd consider this a
good assault.  This will be far easier for naysayers of Arb. to trash the
numbers at calls.  It might even make better sense for local stats
initiatives to crop-up and do ADI market analyses or zip runs.  National
buys will be the tougher ones to deal with, however.
