If New Hampshire, is like Maine and most states, an "employee-at-will"
state, WHOB would not need a reason to fire any employee.
"Employees-at-will" can be fired for any reason, other than those prohibited
by law (i.e., race, sex, age, ect).
Even if there was a contract, I would expect that the contract would have a
"morals" clause and/or a clause allowing an employee to be terminated for
any conduct that results in bad publicity for the station. Promoting a
pornographic website on the air, without management approval, would almost
certainly be considered "just cause" for termination, but the station likely
doesn't need cause.
