The 'morals claus' went out with Mae West. Virtually all of the things that
they used to be able to fire you for under the 'morals claus' have been
removed.
The so-called morals claus was written well before it was OK to be divorced,
pregant out of wedlock, live with another man/women of the same sex, be a
womanizer, heavy drinker, etc, etc.
All of which is basically unenforcable in the courts today.
