Western Massachusetts has one...

WRSI 93.9 Turner's Falls... TF is part of the town of Montague.

In Connecticut, two more that I can think of are,

WILI Willimantic (Part of the town of Windham), and WHUS Storrs, part of the
town of Mansfield
