As far as ratings for allegedly non-commercial stations go - it should be noted that WBUR is an anomaly.  Probably the most successful NPR station anywhere.

To put the WBUR ratings in perspective, let's look at where the next three biggest non-com's would have been were they included in the fall book.

12+ WGBH would have been 20th with a 1.7.  25-54 they would have been 22nd with a 1.5.  

12+ WERS would have been 31st with a .6.  25-54 they would have been 31st with a .5.

12+ WUMB would have been 42nd with a .2.  25-54 they would have been 36th with a .4.
