Former radio guy gets Bush appointment

Kevin Keogh of Falmouth, Maine, was named yesterday to serve as secretary's
representatives for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in
the New England region.

Kevin was part owner and part of the management team at WTHT before the group
was sold to WMTW. He also was General Manager at WQSS Camden for several
years after the station first went on the air. I worked for him in 1986 when
he was running 1590 WJBQ. (I did high school football games for the station
with Jimmy Young. Whatever happened to him?)

Kevin was Chairman of the Maine Republican Party on two different occassions
in the 90's and ran an unsuccessful primary campaign for Congress in 1994.
