names names names...

I heard a funny story a while ago about how when we
were running a synd prog called BACKTRAXX USA (hosted
by Kid Kelly)there was a jock in this area who calle
himself Kidd Kelly.  Apparently, the PD of B97 at the
time informed the company who produces the show and
they contacted the other station theatened legal
action if the jock didn't change his name... So Kidd
Kelly became The Kidd...  Is this a normal occurance?
