Isn't the economy in the Albany/Troy/Schenectady area really bad?  I know
Troy's practically a ghost town.  Beautiful old buildings...sitting
unoccupied.  It's like walking through a movie set.  Or even
better...Cambridge or Boston, without the crowds! :-D
