If I recall correctly, most Boston FM's have an alternate site backup all
ready.

WBOS 92.9 has a backup on the "Candelabra" in Needham, maybe they still also
have a backup at the old FM128 site (?).
WHRB 95.3 has a backup on campus.
WTKK 96.9 has a backup on "FM128".
WROR 105.7 has a backup on "FM128".
WMJX 106.7 has a backup on "FM128".

WZLX, WXKS both have backups on the Prudential tower.
WJMN has (and from what I am told is currently using) the master antenna as
a backup. (Remember that WJMN transmits from a Shively 6814-2 bay antenna
below the ERI master antenna on the mast).
WQSX has a backup facility on it's Peabody transmitter site.
The WLYN tower has some bays which are the former WFNX site, and could
possibly be used as a backup facility.

WBZ-TV has a backup tower (very short) located at the WBZ-TV tower in
Needham.

The only TV station around that I can think of who has a alternate backup
site is WTEN in Albany,NY. They used to have, and maybe still do, have a
backup on the WRPI tower in Troy.
