My orginal post got garbled somehow (Due to my inaccurate typing). What I
meant to say was that for a number of years, stuff such as BC (Boston
College) Football  and Basketball, which also is on WEEI, gets bumped to 680
if there's a conflict with a pro sports broadcast.

I think sometimes in the fall they've even bumped the Cetlics to 680 if
there was a conflict with the Red Sox. Of course 'EEI won't have to do that
any more.

Up until three years ago or so, WBZ carried Monday Night Football.

There was an interesting situation last night (9/10/01). The Red Sox Yankees
game was rained out. This eventually resulted in both WEEI and WRKO carrying
Monday Night Football (NY Giants / Denver Broncos).
