Legitimate points, unlike your earlier ones ;-) , but Rush got to 600
stations long before Clear Channel owned the show.  You are correct that
Rush, like any other national show, is stronger in some markets than others
but even before Clear Channel, whenever Rush was dropped by one station in a
market, another station was quick to pick him up.  He hasn't lasted for 13
years by luck or corporate manipulation.

Your point may be true of Dr. Laura.  I haven't studied her ratings, but my
impression is that she has peaked and that her Clear Channel affiliation is
propping her up.
