The crawl had several segments about Joe Moakley, which is unusual.  But 
they had their facts wrong.  They indicated that he served on the House 
Rules Committee until 1994.  He was chairman until 1994, when the 
Republicans took over the House.  Thereafter, I believe he remained on the 
committee as the ranking Democrat.
