Yeah, but is there any Arbitron book in the New 
Hampshire Lakes region? If there isn't, numbers wouldn't 
seem to matter. On the other hand, if there is some 
legitimate way of gauging audience reaction to a new 
format in a market of that size, it might be just the 
place to audition a new format that's under development. 
If the reaction were positive, a few tweaks (voice-
tracking, for instance) could make it ready for a 
somewhat larger market, like, say, Concord, or even 
Manchester.
