If you have a death wish that is.   ....or if the manager thinks that they
have some  "Midas Touch"  that other who went before him didn't.

Again, forget focusing on the format.....focus on the "business plan".

Local, local, local...means spend, spend, spend!

The question for any manager is...will the money come back?

While I AM a fan of local home-spun radio, the evidence is that not enough
revenue will be generated in spot sales to justify the expediture of local
talent doing talk, local talent doing news, etc.
