WBTN (AM) stunting for new format

As for today (11/7), WBTN (AM) Bennington has broken its Vermont Public
Radio simulcast with the FM and is now running a loop that "live and local
programming is coming soon." Anybody care to guess what could be coming
there?

Also, some people have said that the return of WBTN (AM) to commercial/local
programming could affect semi-rimshot WZEC in Hoosick Falls, NY, which has
been doing Tele-Media's "Point" format of Modern AC/80's gold/AAA since May.
Could such a situation really happen?
